Cycles of Nature by Eric Ostling sheet music
From the Composer:
'Cycles of Nature' is a set of 12 pieces written for flute with optional piano accompaniment.
Each movement attempts to reflect impressions from the natural world during a specific month of the Gregorian calendar.
The entire set does not need to be played in its entirety; rather, the soloist is free to select and chose from among the
movements to suit the requirements of a given performance. In this way, a variety of possibilities are obtained, from a
single movement for unaccompanied flute to a full sonata with piano.
